973 Series solenoid controlled pressure reducing control valves
Product description
ARKOC 973 Series solenoid controlled pressure reducing control valves: Is a hydraulic control valve which reduces the high input pressure value to a lower desired pressure value and closes itself when the desired output pressure value is reached, thanks to the pressure reduction pilot mechanism mounted on it. The control mechanism of the main valve is realized by a 3-way 2-way solenoid valve mounted on the output signal line. The electrical signal to the solenoid valve is provided by control equipment such as a control device, time relay, switch, PLC control unit. In this way, control is provided by automatons in application systems.

Things to be aware of during installation and use
Before installing the valve on the pipeline, the pipeline must be free from large impurities. Absolutely dirt trap should be placed in front of the valve In case of a possible failure, an isolation valve (sliding valve or butterfly valve) must be placed in front of and behind the control valve for faster response. When mounting the valve in place, the lifting rings on it must be used Most be assembled according to the arrow direction on the valve cover. It is recommended to use dynamic suction cup in the direction of valve outlet. Sufficient space must be left around the valve to easily make the necessary set-tings and maintenance. If the pilot mechanism and its accessories are installed on the valve, care must be taken to avoid possible damage. and it is more appropriate to remove the accessories if they can be reinstalled if possible. The electrical connections must be made with isolated and conformable cables. Wires should not be creeped in places and should be laid properly by hanging them if necessary.
