Float level control valves

ARKOC 973 Series float level control valves

Product description

ARKOC ARK 973 Series float level control valves: Are hydraulic control valves which keep the water level in large surface area reservoirs or low volume reservoirs constant at desired intervals. The control of the main valve is automatically provided by a 2-way horizontal float. The main valve, which is installed in the reservoir or reservoir entrances, closes completely and tightly without impact when reaching the water level maximum. When the water level falls below the float, the main valve opens fully to ensure that the reservoir or reservoir is always full. The valve automatically adjusts the water flow rate of the water to the stored flow.

Things to be aware of during installation and use

Absolutely dirt trap should be placed in front of the valve In case of a possible failure, an isolation valve (sliding valve or butterfly valve) must be placed in front of and behind the control valve for faster response. When mounting the valve in place, the lifting rings on it must be used Must be assembled according to the arrow direction on the valve cover. Sufficient space must be left around the valve to easily make the necessary settings and maintenance. If pilot mechanisms and accessories are installed on the valve, care must be taken to avoid possible damage, and it is more appropriate to remove the accessories if they can be reinstalled if possible. Valve can be installed horizontally or vertically on pipeline
